What did you do before becoming an agent?
I worked in business finance, home renovations and event planning, all of which I think translated well when I decided to get into real estate.
What is your focus when working with clients?
I put the client first by focusing on looking out for their best interests, understanding the value of their time, and assuring them that any request is never too big or too small. I also take care to offer advice on the best way forward, no matter the situation we may find ourselves in.
What do you love most about working in real estate?
Helping people find properties they love and get to call home.
What’s it like being on the Urban Upgrade & NewInfills team?
It’s great working with a well experienced team that has been through so many different transactions. Whatever the situation is, chances are the team has dealt with something like it in the past and can quickly come up with unique solutions. I appreciate the support of the team, everyone is willing to jump in if needed.

Understand what you need and want in a home, and keep in mind that although most homes you find are not perfect, some could be with the necessary investment.
