Marketing Excellence Award

Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of attending the annual ROAR awards, a ceremony hosted by the Calgary Real Estate Board that recognizes the achievements of fellow realtors within our community.

We are proud to announce that Thomas Ferianec along with our team here at were officially recognized for being the recipients of the 2016 ROAR Award for Marketing Excellence.

“A big thanks to the clients who have been there with us going through the growing pains of building our business to what it is now. We really appreciate their feedback and are taking their comments to heart to make our business better, which better helps them, the community and all the other REALTORS® as well” – THOMAS FERIANEC

The judging panel had this to say about Thomas & The Team:

The Marketing Excellence ROAR Award is not about how much money is spent on campaigns. Instead, it’s about the creativity and ingenuity of a REALTOR® to maximize their potential.

Thomas Ferianec, the 2016 Marketing Excellence recipient, demonstrates the ability of leveraging available resources to maximize their potential, without the need for big budget campaigns. His marketing efforts have captured a niche market and the industry has taken notice.

“Thomas consistently strives to stay two steps ahead of the marketing game, whether it’s his website marketing, social media marketing, or traditional print. He has become the leader in New Infill marketing, reaching more potential buyers than any other website of its kind, as well as providing specific services to builders and developers. Thomas saw an opportunity, developed a system and since then, has become the authority in the field.”

“Thomas` professional, well designed and modern marketing techniques convey a level of professionalism that has gone a long way in improving the opinions of the clients he works with. Not only is the marketing powerful, and effective, but it’s followed up with an equally high level of customer service and dedication.”
